BIOGRAPHY
Cody is a dynamic leader and the President of Streamline Shipping Solutions, known for his expertise in distribution, supply chain management, asset management, and solution selling. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, Cody has a diverse skill set including team building, coaching, customer relations, time management, and negotiating.
Prior to founding Streamline, Cody was a Sales Manager at Victory Packaging and at Worldwide Express, where he excelled at engaging with C-suite executives across various industries. His ability to outwork the competition is among his key specialties, supported by strong communication skills that help him build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry peers alike.
Outside of his professional life, Cody is dedicated to his family, being a loving husband and a father to four children. His personal and professional endeavors reflect his commitment to excellence and innovation in the logistics and transportation sector, continually driving Streamline towards greater success.
Vanessa Romero
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
BIOGRAPHY
Vanessa joined Streamline in July 2015 as Operations Director. Raised in a large and energetic family, Vanessa has always been ready for a career in logistics. As Operations Director at Streamline, she applies her lifelong skills to manage daily operations and processes. Whether it’s improving supply chain efficiency or refining workflows, Vanessa is committed to ensuring everything runs smoother than a well-oiled machine.

Tim Ault
Lead LTL Tracking Specialist
BIOGRAPHY
Tim has been with Streamline since day one. He retired as Assistant Warden with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice after 32 years of service, timing it perfectly with the start of Streamline Shipping Solutions.
His main focus at Streamline is on tracking freight before, during, and after pickup. Tim is dedicated to assisting his team in being proactive and addressing issues before they occur, aiming to keep customers well-informed and their clients satisfied. He places a high priority on service, proactive strategies, timely responses, and ensuring that customers receive the best service available in the market.
Tim regards being the owner of this company, Cody Ault, as one of his greatest accomplishments. Outside of work, his passion lies with his grandchildren. Having never known his own grandfathers, Tim is committed to making memorable impacts on his grandchildren, ensuring they will remember him as ‘Papa Tim’. He enjoys hunting, fishing, being outdoors, and is a lifelong fan of the Astros.
Sarah Thompson
LTL AND BILLING SUPERVISOR

Sarah joined Streamline in January 2018 and has been an essential part of the team as the LTL and Billing Supervisor. She balances her professional role with her busy personal life as a wife and mother to three active boys, two chocolate labs, and a cat. In her downtime, Sarah enjoys taking her dogs for walks and cheering on her sons at their football and baseball games.
Carolina Rodriguez
CLAIMS SUPERVISOR

Carolina joined Streamline Shipping Solutions in April 2021 as Claims Supervisor and an integral part of the LTL operations team. Her role involves managing claims efficiently and supporting the operations to ensure smooth logistics processes. Outside of work, Carolina is a mother of two children and a labradoodle. She has a variety of hobbies that keep her busy which include dancing, crocheting, and reading. Carolina also enjoys listening to all types of music, gardening, and baking.
Caroline Nowak

Caroline joined Streamline in January 2022 as a Logistics Coordinator, a role she has embraced with dedication and a knack for organization. Her commitment to ensuring efficient operations keeps the logistics of the company running smoothly. Outside of her professional life, Caroline is an avid reader and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two beloved corgis.

Rob Blair

A Houston native, Rob began his journey with Streamline Shipping Solutions as the Director of Sales in February 2020. He takes immense pride in being a devoted father to three girls and a loving husband to his beautiful wife, Blaire. With over a decade in the logistics industry, he specializes in developing long-term solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, alongside his sales team. Rob is an avid sports fan, cheering for the Astros, Rockets, Cowboys, Texans, and the Texas Longhorns in his free time. He is also the founder of the Texas One Fund, America’s first 501(c)(3) approved NIL collective. This initiative leverages college athletes’ name, image, and likeness to support University of Texas student-athletes and various charitable causes.
Carrie Ogilvie

Carrie joined Streamline in 2018 as Director of Customer Development and brings personal dedication and enthusiasm to her role. She is a proud mother of three sons and grandmother to eight. Carrie balances her family life with hobbies in reading, golf, and working out. She is committed to helping her clients succeed, always delivering service with a smile.
Alim Branham

Alim joined Streamline in February 2019 as an Outside Sales Representative and has advanced to the role of National Account Executive. His career in logistics began in 2017 as a Carrier Representative, a role that sparked his passion for the industry. Alim enjoys the customer-facing aspects of his job, which align with his approach to sales and client relations. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and getting his hands dirty in the garden or fixing vehicles. Recently married, Alim is looking forward to starting a family soon.

Jordan joined Streamline in February 2019 as a Senior Sales Representative. He combines his passion for sports, especially golf and football, with the joys of being a new father. Jordan is excited about embracing the challenges and rewards of parenthood.
Ryan Martin

Ryan joined Streamline in November 2018 as Senior Sales Representative. He has eight years of experience in the logistics industry, with six of those at Streamline. A Houston native, Ryan now resides in Dallas and holds a BA from Schreiner University, where he also participated in the university’s baseball team. Despite facing the challenges of autism, he has thrived both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée and dog Ben. He also enjoys video games and often immerses himself in movie marathons to unwind.

A Houston native and avid Texans fan, Jered joined Streamline in May 2024 as a Sales Representative. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain and logistics from the University of Arkansas. Since then, Jered has dedicated himself to the logistics industry and loves the opportunity to solve his customers’ day-to-day challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, working out, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Juliana joined Streamline in September 2022 as Lead Tracking Specialist and dedicates her expertise to enhancing customer satisfaction. Chuck joined Streamline in March 2022 and channels his energy and leadership skills into his role as Flatbed Supervisor. When not orchestrating logistics, Chuck enjoys a variety of activities including golf, basketball, and hiking. He is also actively involved in his church community. Family is central to Chuck’s life, shared with his wife, Candice, and their daughters, Calie and Alice. On a lighter note, Chuck likes to share intriguing trivia, such as the lesser-known fact about Joan and John Cusack’s brother, Hack Cusack.
Tracy Smith

Tracy joined Streamline in April 2023 and brings a wealth of knowledge with over 8 years of experience in both international and domestic logistics. She is the Flatbed/Heavy Haul Specialist and excels in coordinating complex cargo movements with precision. Outside of work, Tracy is an avid photographer and gardener, cherishing moments with her three grown children and four grandchildren.
